TIMONIUM, MD – Some small businesses could receive a little help. Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger is hosting a workshop on Tuesday in Timonium.

The goal is to help small businesses in a tough economy. The theme of the workshop is “77 Time-Tested Proven Secrets for Getting Back on Track.”

The workshop offers business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs with resources to grown and make money. Small businesses in Maryland create two of every three jobs.

It’s the backbone of the economy. Congressman Ruppersberger believes we must give small businesses incentives to hire employees and buy equipment to grow and thrive.

The workshop will showcase two speakers who have made it in the business world. They will share their secrets of success.

The conference is free and open to the public. The workshop starts at 9am at the Holiday Inn Timonium on Deereco Road.
