Reverse Citizens United

Join Dutch in his to give voters in Baltimore and across the country back their voice in elections.

The Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United is a dark spot in our country’s history. It should be reversed.

Millionaires and billionaires should not be able to bully voters with millions of dollars in election spending. I stand with Dutch Ruppersberger and support a constitutional amendment to reverse Citizens United.
