Friend,
It has been an honor to serve the constituents of Maryland's 2nd District in Congress. I will continue to work hard to represent you in our Nation's Capitol.
There is much to be done to help keep our nation secure and to expand economic opportunity for every family. I am truly excited about the chance to make real progress in the next Congress -- and you have my pledge to continue to fight for the right priorities.
Again, thank you for your trust and support. It is an honor to serve.
